Doug Ford cancels cell phone after a deluge of calls from special interest groups

The Canadian Politician – Ontario premier Doug Ford has had to cancel his cell phone due to overwhelming calls from special interest groups. The premier who was used to giving out his cell phone number at events and encouraging Ontarians to call him about public services, couldn’t stand the barrage of calls that have been coming in. A statement from his office indicated that some special interest groups mounted a “call-the-premier” campaign that made it virtually impossible for him to use the cell phone. His office further indicated that Ontarians can still reach through his office line.
